Introducing the new 22878 - SP09 DPX

Well… we told you we had something different planned for 22878. Presenting our new show bus!

We keep getting asked from operators about hiring buses when they’re short, however sending one of preserved fleet wasn’t something we was prepared to do. When we saw this up for sale, we knew it was perfect for our idea, being a high capacity single decker, and Euro 6.

It was straight for inspection, into the paint shop, a set of brand new white hanovers installed (awaiting a full PIAS system to be installed) to make her fully PSVAR compliant for years to come! Then similar to Dafty, when not away she’ll be our showbus. This now means Dafty can be fully restored to Arriva Cotswald Stone. We’re aiming to have that done by Showbus, so that’s something to look forward to.

We hope you like her, we’re incredibly pleased with her. MylesW has done an absolutely amazing job with the livery, and the painter a superb job. It’ll be at its first show tomorrow at North West Vehicle Restoration Trust, along with 69154. Can’t wait to see you guys there!
